1. Agreement

3. Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are stated in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through our payment processor Stripe. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Any claims for damage or shortage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly shipped items and must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to The Phoenix Distro and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
